Macronutrients

Don't let the word "macros" scare you. It just means protein, fat, and carbs. Seriously. That's it. When you learn how to eat them in the right balance, you can lose weight and reach your goals while feeling GREAT. Not exhausted and deprived! In M3 I'll teach you not only how much your body needs to reach your goals, but I'll teach you how to do it in a flexible way where you can still incorporate the foods you love into your diet. You’ll also learn how to simplify and master meal planning and prepping so you can make quick, easy, delicious meals you love.

Mindset

You’re not a failure. You've just tried 10,000 ways that haven't worked for you. And you know those all-or-nothing days? The days you eat a donut and then everything else just seems to spiral out of control after? In M3, you'll learn how to let go of that all-or-nothing diet mindset, heal your relationship with food and look at food in a new, empowered way. We will bullet proof your mindset so you can truly transform your body and confidence.

Metabolism

You ever feel like your metabolism is broken or damaged? I've coached hundreds of women and haven't found a single person whose metabolism was broken. It's time for you to get that metabolism working with you, not against you. In M3, you’ll learn how to fuel your body and create healthy habits in ways that support a strong metabolism and help get the body you desire. I'll help you learn how to work smarter, not harder to strengthen your metabolism and burn more body fat.

Please note: M3 is not for you if you have an eating disorder. If discussing weight, calories, or other diet discussions trigger you, this program is not a good fit as all of these will be discussed throughout the program.
