A custom, personalized nutrition plan built for YOU. I will take a deep look at your current eating habits and lifestyle so that I can develop a custom nutrition program for you! Together, we will work through your struggles to help you develop healthy habits that you can maintain for the rest of your life.
A flexible nutrition program. In my coaching program, you'll learn there are no foods off-limits. I believe all foods can be enjoyed in moderation. Gone are the days of "cheat meals" or "cheat days" which can ruin a week's worth of progress. In order for you to maintain your results for the rest of your life, we will work together to help you become more mindful with your food choices. That means you can still have your cake and eat it too (although I'd prefer the ice cream).
Mindset & behavior changes. We will work together to reduce stress, improve sleep quality, get in more movement, and address other areas that impact your overall nutrition and health. I will help you level-up your mindset so you no longer feel like you're just "surviving", but so you're thriving. You are worthy of building a life you love.
Open accountability and support. In addition to your check-ins with me, you will have open access to text or audio messaging support and email support. I love hearing my clients celebrate their wins, and I am also here to lean on when challenges hit. As long as we are learning from the challenges, we will keep growing, build your resiliency, and keep moving forward.
Expert advice using evidenced-based approaches. As a Registered Dietitian and true nutrition expert, I will help you clear your mind of all the bad nutrition advice you've been told. I will not try selling you supplements, or other powders, potions, or pills. We will use a food-first approach so you can learn how to truly nourish your body and feel your best.
